• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just purchased the S trim last week and already having to bring in for service. Pressing the Rear temperature button on the dash brings up the controls on the display but the on screen controls don't do anything. Pressing the fan buttons and temp buttons do nothing and it doesn't even display any details. Manually controls above the second row work fine. Also, hitting the lock button on the display or hitting the vent choice brings up a notice saying my settings can't be saved right now.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this as the service department seemed stumped upon first showing them. Hoping they are able to get answers. Bringing a brand new car in for service doesn't feel great.

From what I understand, the S has manual rear controls, so you wouldn't be able to control them from the screen... seems weird that they'd leave it in the interface for S models though! I would think those settings would only work for models with automatic rear temp control (ex and sx).

I have an s model and temp controls are only adjusted on the screen . No other manual controls in front or rear that I have found.
