Replacing headlights on S Model W/Halogen OEM

I really need to replace the stock halogen headlights. They are far too weak and borderline hazard in rural areas. The folks at Headlight Revolution have asked me if my Telly has a canbus? I have no idea what to tell him. Does anyone know? There seem to be so many varied answers to the headlight replacement question that it has become a bit overwhelming. I have heard good things about the folks at Headlight Revolution but am not sure what to tell them. Any help would be graciously appreciated. Thanks.

I am in the san francisco bay area. Anyone around here that can put LED/better headlight bulbs in my EX?
Not something I can do myself.

really? Ive had other drivers flash their brights at me as if I had my brights on.
