Does Safe Exit Assist also prevent the driver and front seat passenger from exiting into danger?

If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Safe Exit Assist (SEA)
This feature uses sensors to monitor the entire exterior of the 2020 Telluride. If a passenger or the driver attempts to exit the vehicle when another vehicle or object is nearby, this feature will provide a visual and audible warning to stop the person from exiting the vehicle.

I think the manual only states it prevents the rear doors from opening. And only if you have the child door/window lock switch enabled. But you should get the audible/visual warning for all doors as mentioned above, when the feature is enabled in the instrument cluster menu.
