• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hey everyone,

On the VWVortex forums there was a great thread to find reputable mechanics in your area. Someone went as far as compiling a spreadsheet based on location. I think it's a great idea that could really benefit this community as well since, let's be honest, KIA has a terrible service reputation that doesn't always live up to the warranty.

I don't have the car yet, otherwise I'd start but let's hear your experiences with good service departments that treat you like they care!

City and dealership info would be great, thanks!

"experiences with good service departments that treat you like they care!" NONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To be honest only those individuals (owners) who perform their own maintenance (oil and filters exchange) are happy and treat their Telluride the way should be treated at the Dealers

I agree with ernysan. If I can watch what they are doing that would be great. Other than that it is a crap shoot if you are getting good service.
