Seat adjustment on exit: how to disable

Can one turn off the automatic seat adjustment when the vehicle turns off feature?

When I have rear passengers it makes it more difficult for them to exit the vehicle by the driver's side middle row door.

I think you're referring to the "easy access function" -
User Settings-->Convenience-->Seat Easy Access and Seat Upward/downward

On your 2023, the setting is in the infotainment. It’s in setup > vehicle > seat > seating easy access.

For 2020-22 models, it’s in the instrument cluster settings as stated in the last post.
