• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Trying to figure out if anyone else is experiencing this:

I want to set the Favorite button (The one that looks like a star) to take me to the Home screen. The Home screen is technically 3 pages. The first is your widgets, the second and 3rd pages are your additional option buttons. Sometimes I hit the favorite button and it takes me to the first page. Other times I hit the favorite button and it takes me to page 2 instead. I cannot figure out how to make this happen, but it only seems to change behavior after the car is off and then gets turned on again, but it doesn't always change behavior.

Anyone else seen this?

I am having the same issue as you. I want it to be the main home screen with the widgets but 99% of the time the Favorite button takes me to page 2, with the additional options.

No clue as to how to fix it, I kind of just live with it and assume it will be solved in the next update.

Well glad i'm not the only one at least. Took it to the dealer to show them and of course it behaved properly at first. Finally got it to show the problem after restarting the vehicle a couple times. A very minor problem of course, but one that drives me insane as I use that button all the time when I am in the Telluride and my Stinger.

I tried testing this out with favorite button set for home screen. Always brought me to page 1 home screen with widgets. I am on the latest version 14.5 for nav update on the SXP trim if that helps.
