@Dave1 Unless you signed something stating it was non refundable they can not hold it. I have played this game before and unless you sign something (I did at Audi previously) they can not hold the deposit and/or at least when I have challenged it they will typically give. If you paid with credit card you can also dispute the charge.

It was not to my taste. At all.

If you don't mind me asking, what turned you off? The interior or exterior color, or just that color combo? I placed an order for Ebony Black with Butterscotch. The interior color matches fairly well with the vehicle builder on the Kia.com website. Your pic looks a little more yellow. Thanks you for posting that.

I expected to like the exterior moss color and hate the butterscotch interior. Instead, it was the opposite!

The moss was a lot more yellow and brown than green, which really disappointed me. I was hoping for more of a greenish hue.

The butterscotch leather had a touch of orange in it. I think a lot of people will like it, it's a popular look in some of the higher trim levels of other brands of vehicles. It's just not my thing, but it certainly didn't look bad at all. I'm picky about leather colors due to one of my hobbies. That being said, I think it will look pretty damn good inside a black Telluride.

The moss and butterscotch brought out the worst attributes in each color when combined on one car.

The one I have is still on it’s way.(Moss/Butterscotch) I will take lots of pictures and a video when I get my first one in a couple days(White/ Butterscotch)that is already sold. This was from someone else post

4/4 was last update for Louisiana. Round Rock has one headed to them and Colorado has one headed to them. I think Shreveport Is still first to get one.

I got both of my butterscotch today and sold both but here are some pictures if still looking and waiting.. the color to me didn’t look yellow at all.. looked like a toffee/mocha color. I think it looks amazing on both the Moss and Snow White Pearl I got in.

Thanks for the pics!! Looks good. Seems like Butterscotch on Black will compliment each other well. Yes, still waiting. Will be one month this Saturday since I placed my deposit on a Ebony Black SX. Checked in with dealer last week and was notified that i had moved up to #4 on their "list". This gives me hope that at the least there are still some SX's in the pipeline.

Thanks for heads up. Wife saw them on trailer this morning on her way to work. Called salesman and was notified that he didn't think that one was ours, that it was already allocated to another customer, but would give me a call back.

Wife stopped by to take a look at what our vehicle will look like when it is delivered. Black and Butterscotch look nice. Interior looks different depending on the lighting.

Louis in Sanford. Have a personal friend who is a Sales Mgr for Kia and your deposit is refundable. I got mine back using a credit card. Went to Finance Office and requested refund. No problems. Did u use cash or credit card? Easier to get back with credit card but more difficult with cash. the S/Mgr. will not tell u this, of course. They are just trying to discourage you from being persistent. Don't back down. LOL

@LouV: We gave deposit by check. Cleared today actually. I have a feeling that we could get the money back if we pushed the issue. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.......Dealership showed that ours will be next for delivery first week or so of May. Will have tow package included on that vehicle. Not really needed and not what was negotiated when we ordered. Maybe we can split the almost $800 difference with the dealership since we did not request that option.
