• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Beware of Suntrip Kia St. Louis. Overcharging MSRP. Not being truthful about adds ons and why the price difference.

I have to agree with you. When I first started looking I went to Suntrup first. Found them to be very unhelpful and didn't really present me with any incentives or suggestions on how to proceed. And I'm pretty sure I saw the salesman with a cigarette in his mouth while he test drove my trade in.

Wow. Suntrip playing games. KIA pays the dealership $100 to do an inspection they’re wanting to charge the customer $495 for

That is absolutely absurd. Wow. That's got to be the kind of BS that Kia should crack down on.

Yes, these addendums are funny. Thanks for sharing. All too common. Something else is missing though... because adding $1485 ($495 x 3) to any Telluride MSRP won't get to $54k+. Must have an additional market adjustment too.

Yeah, you'll be unlikely to get anywhere. I'd be wary of any agreement from them over text... when you show up your sales consultant won't be able to be located and the sales manager will say they never agreed to that... but if you have a trade they can get you in for your asking price! :) They'll just waste your time... been there. Have fun as you wish!

lol at that text you got. My favorite part is where he says that their inspection is much more involved - the things he actually listed (checking fluids lol) shouldn't take that long or warrant any additional price. Oh wait, he also said "etc etc", that must be where all the time/cost is. ;)

All included in MSRP. Can't retail it unless done 1st.

Thanks, I was gonna ask about that - "take it out of ship mode" sounded like something that should happen to every car
