Stay away very far away they have a big inventory and they Mark up like crazy and so does Butler I went to Napleton no addons got MSRP loan rebate and 1500 more for trade in on my SXP in October good luckBeware of Suntrip Kia St. Louis. Classy!I have to agree with you. When I first started looking I went to Suntrup first. Found them to be very unhelpful and didn't really present me with any incentives or suggestions on how to proceed. And I'm pretty sure I saw the salesman with a cigarette in his mouth while he test drove my trade in.

That is absolutely absurd. Wow. That's got to be the kind of BS that Kia should crack down on.Wow. Suntrip playing games. KIA pays the dealership $100 to do an inspection they’re wanting to charge the customer $495 for

Exactly a big gap! Here is my response. Will Not paying over MSRP. Just messing with them now
All included in MSRP. Can't retail it unless done 1st.lol at that text you got. My favorite part is where he says that their inspection is much more involved - the things he actually listed (checking fluids lol) shouldn't take that long or warrant any additional price. Oh wait, he also said "etc etc", that must be where all the time/cost is.![]()

Thanks, I was gonna ask about that - "take it out of ship mode" sounded like something that should happen to every carAll included in MSRP. Can't retail it unless done 1st.
