• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Telluride Lookup What's Up?

Thanks so much for your help Sr. BadRabbit. So I put in my order for SX AWD Prestige w/Towing and Dune Brown Leather on 02/21/2020 and since my
Telly is not on the list means they still have not accepted my order yet. Is this correct? What does the Created Date indicate? I am assuming its the date
the factory accepted the order from the Dealer. Am I correct about that?

No, the VIN lookup site picks up VINs of vehicles once they are produced. It is an informal site built by a forum member. Some recent VINs are missing presumably due to some tech issues. It does not reflect orders or Factory Allocated status.

Unfortunately, the only people who have detailed information about your order is your dealership. A February order from that dealer is likely not allocated for production yet (it is a small dealership). Unless they put it directly into KFOS in February. Ask your dealership if it's in FA status.

You can read the thread "Latest info on ordering through KFOS" for more info.

If not, order will likely transition to a MY21 vehicle. Hopefully you'll see it by August? Depends on trim.

Prior to the shutdown, that dealer received about 10 Tellurides per month, so find out what place you are in line.

I will do that and I Thank You so much for info

I was told our order went in with March allocations and that we were first in line. No updates yet from the dealer since then. For those in the know, what do you think chances are we will still get a 20? Based on what I’m seeing, sounds like lots of people are getting calls to switch to a 21 but nothing for us yet.
our dealer is low volume (IL061) from what I can tell...

We have the same model/trim on order...but I don't have an allocation yet. If you are getting moved to a 2021 you should get a call from your dealership. Whenever KIA starts taking orders again - we will be getting a 2021. Hopefully by August.
