I have been researching the Telluride for a while now. Since the time I saw it on a 2019 NBA Playoff commercial, I felt very like "man, this SUV looks so cool, love the bullish stance." From that point on all I have heard/read have been great feedback and a bunch of awards.
Consumer Reports gave a 92 (the most points for any car in this segment) for the 2020 Telluride. It also gave a 4/5 predicted reliability. JD Power gave it an 82/100. My question is, being the Telly a new car, how are they predicting the reliability? What other car is using the Engine/Trans/AWD system/suspension/etc so they can compare the drive-train?
