  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Telluride Pricing Increase 1/3

That’s not good! when did you order?
I originally ordered in Nov with the only Kia dealer in Hawaii. They have a average allocation of one SX-P a month and a allocation of only 48 Tellurides total for all the islands within the last three months. Thery are the only action in town. My first order was scheduled for 3-4 months, never received a order number but through this website I knew that wasn't going to happen. So luckily I was able to attach myself to a order that was in transit that someone had cancelled.

I was looking at the window sticker and noticed that the price went up and also the vehicle was redirected to another Hawaiian island. In full panic mode I contacted my salesperson and she is going to followup in the morning. But I did notice on the dealers' website that not all Tellurides' MRSP were increased, I am assuming that only vehicle that were not attached to buyers were increased. I do thank this website for providing me the knowledge, information to stay on top of this possible purchase.

It's happening! I just looked at my window sticker for my SX (P) in route and the sticker price went up $675.00. I haven't spoken to the dealer yet. I will just wait till it arrives and deal with it then.
I ordered 9/19 got my window sticker last week. No price increase on it but was told they need to see the invoice and the price increase might be there.

That is possible. Yours is the first window sticker that I've seen with the price increase included.

Not good? It's happening on all Tellurides going forward.

We bought a 2011 Odyssey EX-L for $40K back in January 2011. Have spent $19K in repairs on it since then...thankfully most were under the long term Honda Care warranty we also purchased from the dealership. You name it - it has broken.

I'm w/ you, except on a 2013 Infiniti. I bought a 8/100k warranty when it was new, one the dealer sells that has been surprisingly good about covering/paying things. About a year ago, the warranty company wanted to buy me out of the last year or so left. They were also mad at the dealer for selling it to me for the price they did at the time. I was like... heck no I need this coverage at this point. Over $17k in repairs in a little over year now on it. But it's finally starting to hit on things that aren't covered and this last one cost me $1100 I think. I'm at 96.4k miles and 8.5 months left of warranty left. I'm roughly 2 months into the wait, just need it to get here before I'm at 100k. Come on Telly, we're waiting. Though, whoever buys ours will likely end up with a well sorted SUV at around 100k miles. Everything has been worked through now from suspension and bushings / sway bar, drive shaft, transfer case, transmission, taking apart the engine and replacing most of the gaskets, etc.

Read the rest of the thread... please, from beginning. He already answered that question.
I saw that but couldn't find a delete.

Just in case anyone wants an Excel spreadsheet... Kia updated this pricing information.

Finding it interesting that when looking through the new VIN tool and reviewing window stickers that some cars built last week show the new pricing, and some built yesterday / today have the old pricing. Probably just a case of when Kia accepted the order or something along those lines. But find it odd.
