Telluride sx lift and larger tires

Wondering if a wheel spacer will help
25mm spacers (w/o lift) made it even worse.
Attached is showing minor rub without a spacer.
Imagine pulling the wheel out 1 inch more.

Yep. I get what your saying. I may just change the tire brand to the Toyo open country and space the wheels out for looks then

I may just go to the Toyo 255 instead of the stock 245. Only 3/8" taller and wider, then go with the 25mm spacers.

Your love those tires I have those on my vehicle Toyo AT3 👍

The shock extenders fixed the noise I was getting from the Truxx lift.
Nice. Did you buy just the extenders or the new kit with the extra 1/2" of lift?

Oh sorry, I was thinking that was what you were referring to. I drove my car for at least a month with the shocks maxed out (making an annoying noise). It was the extenders that fixed the issue. The multiple people that worked on the car, as well as the Truxx owner, stated that the stock shocks aren't very quality.

Anyone running the 255/50r20? Getting ready to pull the trigger on some Toyo Open Country AT3

Hello, I have a 2020 SX. I have the 2in lift on it already, but I was wondering if anyone has gone with the Nitto Grapplers on their stock SX wheel? Wonder what size you went with and if they rub really bad. Do you have to for sure use a spacer? I need new tires as soon as possible and I am trying to figure out what all I need. Pictures are a plus!

I am running that size with Falken Wildpeaks. No issues at all
So on a 255/50/20, assuming stock wheel width of 7.5, you get the following measurements and it seems you don't have any issues.
Diameter: 763mm
Circumference: 2397mm

I'm thinking of going 295/40/21, wheel width of 10.5, I get the following measurements. It slightly larger, that shouldn't rub right?
Diameter: 769.4mm
Circumference: 2417.1mm

I just had my kit installed at a reputable shop but they struggled with alignment afterwards in the front right side specifically. Did anyone have any issues with this? Going back in for adjustments at the end of the week. 2022 Kia telluride SX with tow package and self leveling rear. Kit has the shock extenders, which is the only difference between the 30615 kits used in a lot of this threads installs.

Figured I’d show a few pics of mine. We just picked up the car on Saturday.
I installed the Truxxx lift last night and put the new wheels/tires on. Still need to get an alignment but they’re scheduled way out there right now.
Tires are Cooper Rugged Trek, 265-60-18’s. Wheels are Niche Vosso’s. Love the wheel tire combo.
There is still a bit of rubbing. May need to pull the wheel liner and grind down some sheet metal. We’ll see how that goes.
This thing looks amazing now.
love it !

I live in Saudia Arabia and just bought a Tellu here. No lift sets on the market. can you please supply me with your vendor details so I can order them in the USA?
Thankx !

I did the opposite, did not have mud flaps and because my new wheels stick out a bit I bought new mud flaps from weathertech; So far so good, they look a bit "truckier" than the OEMs and I just love them for that since these are actually functional, by the way, the tires do not rub on them at all, it's just a little spot in the back side of the well where the tires barely touch when full

Crew, Back with a question I can't find an answer to in the forum threads.
I have the 2" Truxx lift kit, and have been on the hunt for the right Wheel/Tire combo to achieve no rubbing.
I have my heart set on the TSW Turbina, but they recently discontinued and my hunt has left me short of finding the fitment I need.
I was looking to run the 22" TSW Turbina at 9" wide and 37 Offset with a 265/40R22 Pirelli Scorpion Zero All Season Plus.
All I can find is the 22" TSW Turbina at 9.5" wide and 20 Offset... and would love to run the same tires.

I have utilized all the online tools and calculators, but i'm just not versed enough to understand the calculations and if it will rub, or not.
The scrub radius has definitely gone up a bit... theoretically 22MM.
Will this be OK???
The only thing I'm truly concerned about is rubbing, but I also go light off-roading for camping and do not want to decrease my sidewall anymore.

Thanks for any help!

That's exactly how I installed those link plates, Thanks for the pic!, I can tell that accessing the front sway bar brackets is not as easy as the rear ones but TRUXXX recommends to get them loose, drive the vehicle around and tight them back in their new position, I also added the factory skid plate, this is mine with 245/70/17 wheels/tires.
Those BR Barstow wheels looks really nice with those beefy tires, i would like to know those 17'' would fit with no issues no rub on the barake caliper...? Because i hear lot of stories about 17'' wheel has issues fitting on Kia Telluride mainly because of the brake caliper it's in the way for some 17" rims especially BR wheels. I'm thinking of 17s with 265/65R17 AT Tires hopefully wouldn't rub.... My second choice would be 18s with 265/60R18 but again if i go with 265/65 would it rub so... at this point I'm not sure the 17s is better on the Telluride or the 18s is better ...?!

Anyone here knows if a larger sized spare will fit the spare tire area?

I got the 2" lift and waiting on some 265/60 R18 BF Goodrich T/A KO2's to come in, so now I'm looking around for an 18" steel wheel for a spare tire in the same size but am worried it won't fit where current donut is.
