• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I hope this makes sense - Does anyone know how to get the text messages to come through via bluetooth - not apple carplay? My husband had connected his android when he took my car one day via bluetooth and his texts came through the screen and read out loud. We have disconnected his phone so only mine is connected now, but I have never had mine come through the screen. I do have an apple watch and they go through there, but I'd like the car to have priority when in the car. Any suggestions on how to do this? And I do have the notifications allowed (or w/e it's called) selected in the bluetooth settings for the car on my phone.
