• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 1. No fog lights.
2. No Led headlights almost all cars now a days especially higher trims get that standard.
3. No options on wheels ( was hoping for the black ones)
4. No option of dual sun roof.
5. No HUD.

We are looking at EX just cause of 8 passenger setup.

Even more egregious is the lack of front parking sensors on anything but the SX. It seems like Kia is configuring the Telluride for ease of manufacturing without much choice. Maybe this is what is keeping the price down

Why do you need fog lights?

We travel cross country a lot and have had to use them on our current car quite often.... Especially early morning drives across hilly areas....

Yup missed that one too.... If they had 8 passenger setup in SX would have taken that.... Not sure why most companies don't give that option in high trim....

I have the front parking sensors on the Singer and they are more of a nuisance to me than an aid. You stop to clos to the car in front of you and it goes off, then I end up turning them off and forget to turn them back on. So, really don't use them much and with 7 to 8 inches of gound clearance, probably would never need them.

Listen i purchased the EX because it was perfect with my budget....however i love the SX. I feel your pain however once you drive the EX its amazing. Its has so many features that are awesome...maybe in a couple of years I will trade for a SX. But for now the EX is amazing!

Yup we liked EX too just small things I started above would have liked to have them already as options... Or SX with 8 passenger haha

You would think that car companies would have focus groups of perspective buyers to obtain market desires such as this. I can tell you that I would have preferred a bench seat in the 2nd row vs the Captains chairs but I wanted all of the others features so I stuck with the SX.

Typically has to do with weight and fuel economy and emissions certifications. Upper trims have more content that is heavier, and if they allow for the weight of an additional occupant, then it may get dinged for fuel economy rating vs the other trims, etc.
