• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Not sure if this was brought up. I always had a music thump drive in the console box with no problem with operating the lid. Yesterday I put in another thump drive to update the nav, and by habit, I closed the lid. I couldn’t open the lid all the way later because the butt of the thump drive locked into the bottom side of the lid. Luckily, i was able to slide my hand in the gap to bend and pull the drive out. Hopefully I didn’t damage the port. This thump drive (Scan Disc) has one of those dial at the end let you open/close the tip, and is about 2 7/8 inch. Just FYI.
