Is anoyone else having trouble connecting with the App to Kia Access? I keep getting error "unable to reach server."?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I'm getting a different error. If I push any button, I get "Your request was cancelled, please try again." and a CLOSE button. I closed the app and now I get this error: "Update Error An error occurred while contacting the server. Please check your network connection and try again."
It looks like their system is down. They don't show on DownDetector, but it does look like Azure is having issues. I'm betting they're hosted on Azure and their issues are related to Azure issues.
