• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... There has been a lot of discussion and debate regarding Telluride’s engine recall involving something over 2,000 vehicles. Compared to Toyota, the Telluride recall is a blip on the radar screen. Toyota is recalling 102,000 Tundras and Lexus vehicles due to machining debris that is causing engines to self-destruct. We Finally Know Why the Toyota Tundra V6 Keeps Self-Destructing

You’re forgetting that many of us had to have our engines replaced that were not included in the valve spring recall (my 2020 Telly with only 39k ish miles). I would rather a company own up to and recall potentially defective products than take the chance that something may not happen within the warranty period. Don’t get me wrong, Kia has been good to me about warranty repairs, but only because I am aware of issues and can communicate them effectively to my dealer and Kia corporate. I don’t have an axe to grind with Kia. I’m just pointing out something that you might not be considering.
