Track my vehicle

What did your dealer do or NOT do?
They forgot to include the nightfall part of our order. They put our order in under our name with everything right except missing the nightfall. So the last 3 months spent waiting for our order to get picked up was a waste of time :(. Worst part is that we have 4 kids and no family vehicle, ugh

Ugh... Did you not get a build/order sheet when you ordered it?
 
I sure did....and it says NIGHTFALL 😡
And sticker says nothing either? :o

Ahh man. That sucks! I'd be irate with the dealer.

Hopefully, you can trade it in for a another Telly that has NFE.

That is not official order sheet when it gets entered into kdealer with an MSRP generated with complete breakdown and a order request number.

Multiple errors on the sheet provided.

MSRP is of a 25 package which is what they ordered.. EX Premium AWD non Nightfall with Tow.

Should have been option group 35 for EX with no additional accessories would have been priced at 44,600.

They wrote NIghtfall on the paper but everything indicated non- Nightfall build.


Below is a picture of what you should have gotten and when submitted would have generated a dealer request ID number at the top of the page.
Would have also have all your personal information on it as well.

This is what I got from the GM when we were making our decision on what model to order. He personally put our order in because we had received some misinformation from a sales rep. So he clearly messed up our order, what do we do? I’m assuming he put in our correct order yesterday after I brought it to his attention (I didn’t mention this site or you), but we will just have to start the wait for it to get picked up all over again? Can he get out of giving us the correct vehicle for the price he gave us? I was never given anything after the order was put into the Kia system, just an email confirming the order was put in as discussed/ordered. Thank you so much for your help!!

They can sell you the non Nightfall version for the price they gave you since that is what was ordered by them.

Tricky situation you have for multiple reasons.

A.) the store is a low volume store so hopefully not a long list of people infront of you for an EX AWD version
B.) any order going in now will be a 2022(so maybe worth the wait for a 22 but there will certainly be a price increase that is unknown at this time)
C.) If they are re-ordering I would ask for a screenshot of the order like the GM sent so I can confirm it is option group 35(Nightfall Edition) and not 25(non Nightfall Edition)

There were people in front of us for the EX trim level, but they got filled earlier this month. There is nothing we can do to hold him to the price we were given? Are there changes to the 2022 models? We picked this trim level/dealership based on cost 😡. I’m still waiting for a response back from the GM. He tried to play it off like they assigned my name to the allocation they were given but missed that it didn’t have nightfall. Obviously I know that’s not how it works and that he messed up. He basically tried to leave it at “we will still get your order in, just waiting for an allocation that matches”. I will see if he has a screenshot of my order he will will give me, whether it be old or new.
