You will NOT get a VIN within 3 days of being accepted by KFOS (data taken from your signature). A VIN is created when the vehicle goes into paint. It "should" show up in failcat next week. Production has stopped for this week.

You will NOT get a VIN within 3 days of being accepted by KFOS (data taken from your signature). A VIN is created when the vehicle goes into paint. It "should" show up in failcat next week. Production has stopped for this week.

Yup! Learned that the hard way! I didn't realize that.. I did call the dealership this morning and they stated they don't have a VIN yet but should be expecting it soon. I also got my ETA bumped to 10/29 *sigh

Yup - the shutdown is delaying everyone. Hopefully all of the people that are waiting to go in transit will get their cars shipped.

Yup - the shutdown is delaying everyone. Hopefully all of the people that are waiting to go in transit will get their cars shipped.

Where did you order yours from? I put in my order 8/24, was told this Friday it could be 9 months. Not really wanting to wait that long.
