Are you able to track a sportage order? I do not have the VIN, but the last ETA the dealer told me is 8/28 and that it's waiting to be picked up. Dealer is Kia Corinth/Denton (Glacial white pearl SXP w black interior)

It does happen, I have seen before that the port inspection could have caught something that needed to be replaced/changed out. Also could be a recall they take care of at port.

Many factors may occur to cause the delay. The car is not yet Invoiced which takes place right before car goes In Transit from port to the store.
