Track my vehicle

Just put a deposit on one that a dealer says is in route, but not yet in their system. They're saying early-mid May for delivery. Does this sound typical. I don't have a VIN yet so it isn't on failcat or in the dealer system. I'm curious of the projected timeline between when a dealer sees they have one coming in and when it actually comes in.

Just asking out of curiosity, so I can stop being so obsessive/nervous. haha.

This is normal.. as of now since it is not built I can not track.. but once it is built I can confirm ETA dates

I guess that makes sense. I know nothing of the automotive industry, so I assumed once the dealer had heads up it was coming, it was already built/being built, and was further along in the process. Guess I'll hold my horses and work on my patience. Thanks.

Failcat is not perfect.

It should be there, then. Did they send you a link to the monroney sticker? If they did, you need to let the admins know so that they can figure out why it didn't scrape. If not, maybe there is a typo somewhere. Do you search failcat for your dealer?

I just requested a link to the sticker. I did search failcat for our dealer and the vehicle does not show up there either....
