Trouble Ordering Side Steps (Part# S9F37 AC000)

Hello All,

I want to share my unsuccessful attempts to order side steps to see if anyone has ordered them successfully.

On 7/22/2019 I ordered side steps from www.factorykiapartsonline.com for $654.90 and $32.13 shipping. Today, 7/29/2019, they called to say the shipping amount was "way off". I asked how much shipping would actually be but they could not tell me so I cancelled the order.
I then ordered the side steps from another site, www.oemkiapartsdirect.com for $649.00 and $54.27 shipping. Ninety minutes later I received an e-mail saying "Unfortunately the size of the package causes concern for shipping. The shipping cost is inaccurate and too big for us to ship. We are a small dealership and some of the items are meant for local pick up only. Sorry for any inconvenience." They cancelled my order in a second email.
Has anyone ordered the side steps and had them delivered successfully?

You might want to try wholesalekiaparts Kia Side Steps S9F37-AC000 | Wholesale Kia Parts. The Telluride search doesn’t work yet but I have found the part numbers do come up in search. They appear to be in Georgia so maybe a connection with West Point.

I BOUGHT SOME FROM OEM-KIAPARTS.COM AND HAD THEN IN LESS THAN A WEEK. TOTAL COST WITH SHIPPING WAS 699.33. SHIPPING WAS 50.33.
