The info re updating says it may take up to an hour to process. Has anyone done this update, and did it really take near an hour? Also does anyone know if update can be done while I am driving? I can't sees sitting in the driveway for an hour while update takes place.

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I did the update while driving home from work with no problems and it took about 30 minutes. Update is really good as improved Navigation with extra features and the split screen Android Auto where you can put something like weather, navigation, radio, etc in place of Android Auto logo.

About 30 mins, can be done while driving, I did it on a couple hour drive, just you won't have any access to the infotainment, no Bluetooth, SXM, or radio, I think also HDA is disabled too since that works in connection with GPS, but otherwise you can drive the car, probably better than letting it just idle for 30 - 60 mins. Just used my phone's speakers to play spotify in the meantime.
