USB and other technical issues

Hello,

Just bought a new SX Prestige and already have issues. My usb port stopped working and can’t connect to Apple play. Also, the door handle sensor to lock the door is malfunctioning. Before it made a quick little beep and locked my car. Now when I put my thumb to the sensor it makes this long beeping sound and not lock my car.

Long beep generally means that there is a fob in the car and preventing you from locking yourself out.

But there isn’t a fob in the car.
