You’d have to find a 12v plug with a USB-C port, or you would have to use your normal brick with the household outlet in the 2nd row if you have an SX with Prestige package. Otherwise, just use a good old USB-A cord.

Also, you can charge your iphone by putting it in the front tray-camera side down. An amber light will come on so you know it is charging.

A converter/coupler also works if you don’t mind charging at the old 5 watt rate.

Not 100% sure on the question here but will try and clear things up.

Current iPhones that support faster charging use a Lightning to USB-C cable, but they will also charge with a Lightning to USB-A cable, just at the rated wattage of the USB port.

This previous thread from a year ago described the charging rate of the USB ports, which is pretty standard for a slow USB charger - 5 watts. The older "cube" style iPhone charging bricks and any crappy charging brick you'd pick up at a gas station will max at about 5 watts:

Does anyone know how many amps the Telluride USB charging ports are rated for? I'm going to assume they are probably only 1a? I'm used to using the 12v port with 2.4-3a chargers in other vehicles. Are any of the ports listed as always on or charging if the power is off?

Short answer - a USB-A to lightning cable will be just as effective as a USB-A to USB-C adapter, with a USB-C to lightning cable.
As @bruesjoh04 said, you'll need a separate 12v charger to hit a faster charging rate.

Dude - you missed the point. The original post was in 2022. 2022's and earlier models (I don't know about 23's) do not have a USB-C port so your solution will not work. That is why the talk of adapters and USB-A cables.......

Just got this. It actually activates "super fast charging " on my S21. I know it's not an iPhone but I would expect maximum charging with this also.

oops, sorry thought she was asking about a 23 which does have usb-c ports all over … oddly only one usb standard port up front!!!
