Uvo App not working Android

Hey guys,

I searched the forum but found nothing on this subject. Sorry if duplicate.

So I have used the uvo app to remote start my telly successfully a number of times. It is often glitchy, but restarting the app refreshes. Yesterday tho I encountered a new issue that is frustrating me. App says unable to remote start. When I try to lock the doors, it says unable to and under info it claims "make sure doors are closed" meaning it might sense the door to be open... obviously all doors are closed and locked. Attached are screenshots. Using galaxy s10+. Wondering if anyone has seen this issue?

One thing I noticed is that you must have manually locked the doors before UVO can remote start - at least on mine.

That's crazy.It has worked every time for me and way better than I anticipated.I also have an android phone.

One thing I noticed is that you must have manually locked the doors before UVO can remote start - at least on mine.

You can also lock it via the app and then remote start it.It worked fine for me.

I just read a reply to the app problem in the app store. There is a download to fix issues. Try updating the app in the play store or googleplay.
