• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My 2022 Telluride will be one year old at the end of the month. I haven't received anything from Kia yet. I'm wondering what will stop working when I don't renew anything. I can pretty much do anything (like navigation ,Pandora) thru my cell phone. I do like the lock /unlock/remote start via Kia Access App. But, I could live without it.

Mine expired at the end of September. Crickets so far. I will probably re-up before winter, as I use the remote start quite often.

OTOH, NY passed right-to-repair this year, so it may be a moot point if Kia disconnects the service like they did in Massachusetts.

we bought in MA...it was totally disabled in the car...since yours worked i would think they just wouldn't let you re-subscribe since they can't disable it in your car

I bought mine on October 30th, 2021 and by March 1st, 2022 they sent me a notice that I needed a navigation update. Took it in for the service and had to leave the car for 3 hours for the update to be loaded. Of course, I received the update AFTER my cross country NY-CA-NY vacation. The nav had me detour a few times that turned out to be totally wrong. Any long distance driving I will be using my Verizon cell phone for navigation. Its been 10x more accurate than Kia's nav system.

No doubt. My wife hates the Kia system. I use it once in awhile, but it seems dated, even though our software is current .
