UVO Trips Distance

Anyone know how the distance for “my trips” in UVO works. I take three routes to my kids daycare and it always 8.07 miles in UVO even though the car says otherwise...

Stuff like this drives me crazy.

note how the longer trip distance is not 2X the short trip distance since I purposely took different roads so they were not the same!

Looks like point A to point B on a map. Always a straight line between the two addresses if you were looking at a map. It probably doesn’t measure the actual distance driven following the city grids. Even tough it may show roads traveled on.

That was my thought as well. Not the end of the world, but kind of lame.
