• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Looks like mine! Will follow up with the dealer tomorrow.

Thanks!

How are they to deal with? Did you have to pay over MSRP? We live in Northern VA but have family down that way and wondered if I might get a better deal from somewhere more rural like them.

ps - congrats!

Oh sweet! Congrats. I was just fishing, never thought it might be a member here although the options suggested it might be a customer ordered vehicle.

Thanks!

Ordered a 2020 in Nov 2019 at MSRP with numerous delays until Kia switched the order last month to 2021, dealer committed to same price as 2020. Dealer communication not great, received most info from reading this site.

Good luck, hope it works out for you.

Awesome! Yea we're in same boat, only we ordered in Dec tho. Dealer said they'd take care of us as well so we'll see. Its been a long road thats for sure. Enjoy yours and you'll have to post pics!

Congratulations as i know you will enjoy the Dune Brown interior like i do in my Dark Moss SXP i got from Hart Kia also in Salem VA on 1-2-2020. Communication wasn't great as i didn't get VIN number from Hart Kia until about 1.5 weeks before vehicle came into dealership and nothing before that. Did get a little below MSRP because i was a repeat customer but not much below. No crazy dealer add ons either which was a plus. Finance manager was a breeze but Sales Manager, Jason Lynch, is a little hard to deal with. Overall good experience at Hart Kia overall as their Service and Parts departments have been good so far. Congratulations again on your new Telluride and enjoy the ride!

Hart Kia is an overall good dealership from my experience. Service and Parts departments are good to deal with. My salesman no longer works there but there is one, Willie Keck, who has been there a long time and is good to deal with. Hart Kia does sell at MSRP and nobody in Northern VA sells anywhere close to MSRP for the most part from my experiences.

Thank you!
Saw yours on the lot before you picked it up, looked really good! I’ll call Willy/Jason tomorrow to see if my July 28 delivery date has been adjusted. Hope to have it soon!! They agreed to adjust the 2020 MSRP price to include the $400 military discount. Thanks for the feedback on the Service and Parts Dept. This is a great forum!
