I was reviewing warranty coverage and saw that audio and entertainment items are only covered for 3 yrs. Batteries are pro rated after 1 year. I fine it disappointing that the radio doesn't fall under the 5 yr warranty.
What about heads up display? No mention in the warranty.
Because Tellurides are a new model there is no information to know if the Audio or other systems will be problematic so I can understand why people are buying the extended warranty. You would think it would be unnecessary with having 5/60 basic warranty. But if you have to spend money on things that a basic warranty should cover it will be disappointing The audio system should not be considered a wear item like brakes, wiper blades and etc
