• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have that on my two motorcycles. Cheap insurance.

You beat me to it! I received notification from them yesterday that it was back in stock and the unit I have had on order since June 18 shipped this morning.
I ordered mine on the 29th and it's still a waiting shipment. I sure hope they are able to fill my order.

Received my OEM carpeted cargo mat today. While it is not as heavy as previous OEM mats that I have had for my past two Sorentos, the quality seems good and the fit is spot on. Unlike the coarse Velcro used to hold down the plastic cargo tray, the carpeted mat uses a very fine Velcro that doesn’t appear as though it will tear up the carpet underneath the way that on the plastic tray does. It remains to be seen whether this fine Velcro will keep the seat back protector portion attached when the third row seat is in the upright position, but that’s not a problem for me as I never use the third seat and always keep it folded down. Some previous posters had complained about the lack of a cutout for the “basement” lid handle. There still is no cutout but I don’t see that as a problem. Neither of my Sorento mats had such a cutout and it’s an easy thing to slide your hand in under the mat to grasp and lift the handle.

Quick question. I just got my car and Kia never sent the carpeted floor mats that they were supposed to so now I have to find floor mats. I see that there is a hook for the OEM floor mats to clip into, do the weather tech, tux mat, etc all have this hook to clip the mat into? Also, any recommendations for a 7 seater? I have a kid that loves to throw his food and bottles so, carpeted is out. Thanks

The weathertech mats have spot for the oem hooks to go into and from what I can tell provides the greatest amount of coverage of all the mat options available for the 7 seater. I was debating waiting for the tuxmats to come out with 7 seater configuration but with my 2 yr old son I just couldn’t wait any longer and take the risk.

Also to answer original question in this thread I recommend oem mudguards. Helps keep car cleaner and debris from hitting paint. They aren’t the best around in terms of coverage but I like the integrated look of them.

Agree … I had them thrown in with my deal. They look good and not tacked on.

Based on some other reviews, I bought the toughpro mats for $99 off amazon. They fit perfectly and they have slots for the oem hooks. I like the honeycomb appearance of them, but they are clearly not as thick or rubbery as the weather tech mats. So far so good, but if we see that they don't handle spills well then we may have to switch over to the weather tech.
