• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What did you do to your Telluride today?

Where can I find a sunroof windvisor for the Telly?
Nice Telly you have there

Switched out for the black letters and changed the emblems.

@robhsdca - Did you buy these black Telluride letters from this site? I am thinking about doing this as well but the thought of putting the letters back on straight is giving me massive anxiety. I know it comes with a styrofoam template so theoretically it should be easy. How did your install go? Did the new black letters go on straight? Thank you

This is very well done. Looks great!

Hello Telly owners~ How are you all doing lately?
During this pandemic, I was bored and tackled to remove the piano black center console and rear cup holder.
Thanks to all who shared their experience and how to do it.

I was trying to write all them down step by step BUT I was so tired after all.. lol

If you guys have any questions about how to?
please let me know I would answer your questions as much as possible.

Best,

So sorry for my late reply - I missed this. Yes - I did it myself and bought the letters and the new emblems from the place linked in my original post. I think they look great and I have received a number of compliments. See the attached photos for the rear of my Telly and the wheels with matching "K"s in there too. (it needs washed, please excuse the dirty rear door and above the first "E" that is dirt)

Hyper dipping my letters today.
If I could offer my 2 cents (unsolicited advice) lol. I would remove the “SX V6” and the AWD emblems. I dipped mine and then after seeing the results decided to remove them all together. It’s a much cleaner look with just the black “Telluride” imho

Can you tell me how you removed them? Also, did you keep them in case you wanted to sell or trade your Telly?

They are just on with adhesive, they will pull off with a gentle plastic prying tool pretty easily. Then if you ever want them back on 3M makes the double sided adhesive. A little clean up of any residue after and you’re good to go.

Thanks, I’ll give it a try!

If you see my post a few up, I actually did it with all of the letters also, replacing them with black ones. I tried the PlastiDip paint like you did first, but it didn’t look as clean to me as just buying the black letters and putting them on.

A little heat from a hair dryer will make it much easier. Just don't get the paint too hot. Maybe check out YouTube for some ideas if you're unsure. They may not come off very easily without heat.

I did see that and I thought of doing it too but I’m afraid I’ll get the lettering off balance.

Did you get the black letters from Sal? Are they
