I wanted to check a fuse and opened the lid and this fell out. Anyone know what this is? It has a velcro adhesive on the back of the module but wasn't stuck to anything. Looks like something Big Brother attaches to the car? Either way, not all that impressed with what's behind the lid.

Maybe check your window sticker and see what they added on or charged extra for.
