• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just wondering... Real live Tellurides have been out for several days now. Why haven’t any professional reviews been posted yet? Usually pro reviews hit even before the vehicles become available for sale to the public, and I’d think for such a highly anticipated vehicle like the Telluride a bunch of reviews would have been out already?

What’s the buzz, tell me what’s a happein’...

It looks like Car Confections on YouTube will have a Dark Moss SX Prestige review up tomorrow at 1PM. They usually have pretty comprehensive and thorough vehicle reviews, so I'm hoping they will cover most of the Telluride's features! I'm guessing Kia will be hosting a press drive event sometime this month that the more professional reviewers will attend.

Thanks... something to look forward to tomorrow! Hopefully a bunch more are coming next week.

I was watching the Alex on Autos live feed and he stated it might be a couple of months before they review and post a review of the Telluride.

Unfortunately it was not a professional review, but an extended a general overview by young vloggers.

Just watched it, and, no it wasn’t a professional review, but it was the best we’ve gotten so far, by a landslide.

I wish we saw more of the car in action, and that they showed the different functions of the heads-up display, and they didn’t cover the safety features at all. But they did a decent enough job.

Yeah, I was hoping they would've went more in-depth with the driving characteristics and safety features too. I'm surprised they didn't mention HDA at all as Kia is debuting it on the Telluride. It's crazy to think that this video is nearly 40 minutes long and there were still quite a few features that weren't covered. The Telluride is so feature-packed!! As far as the heads-up display goes, from what I can tell it is the same HUD as used in other Hyundai/Kia products, including the Stinger and Santa Fe, so there may be in-depth videos on YouTube featuring the system in those vehicles that would also apply to the Telluride.

I have the HUD in the Stinger which looks identical to the Tellurides, so it probably is the same. It shows speed, LKA, speed limit, and blind spot detection. You can change the speedometer readout color to white, orange, green. It also briefly will show you what radio station you are tuned to. It will also display your next turn if using the NAV.

Hi All - 1st post here.
I have been watching the mid-sized 3 row segment for quite a while. I am the type of person that tries to figure out what I will be driving in 2 years. This is one HOT segment and it keeps getting better.

This is not a professional review but I felt is has some good information. A couple of guys from a KIA dealership.

Do you like it? Is it useful? Annoying?

I love it. The only downside is you don't pay as much attention to your guages so if a warning light comes on and the radio is up high enough, you might not hear/see a warning. It is great that you don't need to take your eyes off the road especially with the nav part. The turns are on the screen so you can see which way you are to turn and the road name and compare it to the street signs upcoming. It really is very convenient.

It IS kind of strange that the big names in the industry don't have any test drive videos yet... Very strange...

It seems like most of the big name reviewers get the vehicles loaned to them for a time so that they can do their reviews. Either this or they are invited to an event where they can do their walk around and test drives for review. I would assume that KIA is not loaning these out or set up an event yet. In today's YouTube world, this seems to be an overlook on KIA's behalf. I believe that if this is what they make it out to be, getting TFL Cars, Alex on Autos, Redline, Etc... to review this and compare it against others, especially in such a hot and competitive segment would be very much to their benefit.

I'm thinking the same thing. KIA should have got the Telluride out in the hands of the big media companies. I wonder if they just forgot or have a reason for not doing so...

Haha, another “professional review” from an even younger vlogger.

Hopefully we’ll get real reviews soon
