  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. Wisconsin Purchase - Backing out of Dealership Warranty

I'm trying to do some research on my ability to back out of Dealership Warranties that were slid into the purchase of my 2021 Telluride.
Does anyone know what Wisconsin laws/regulations there are that allows the buyer to back-out of these warranties?
 
I don't know any WI specifics, but most of extended warranty will have early termination/cancellation clause. Most will offer 100% refund within few days and close to 100% within 30 days. You will get a pro-rated % back after 30 days. Check your EW terms to see if there is a mention of cancellation.
