Mine in being shipped directly to me. I didn’t want anything done as far as cleaning because I’m having it ceramic coated. The less clay bar work that has to be done to get any scratches out before ceramic coating the better.

If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. I just went from 100 to full stop in record time! LOL! So my SX was "scheduled" for delivery this Friday and, as you can imagine, the waiting has been excruciating. Then, today I get a call from the Dealer and he says "Hey, guess what just showed up on the truck?" I was ecstatic - my car has arrived? Yes, he said, I'll send you some pictures!
He texted me some pictures and there it was - a Dark Moss Telly!
I was just about to call the car rental place to move my rental a couple days earlier so I could drive down and pick up the car! But then I looked closer at the pictures and noticed "wait - this isn't an SX with Butterscotch interior, it's an EX with a black interior!" Just then, I called back and he said he was sorry but he was mistaken - that wasn't my car after all. However, he did say that my car is showing in their system as "DS" (Dealer Stock), and he is pretty certain it will be delivered either later today or tomorrow (fingers crossed).
Man, I was so pumped - then pfffffft - all the air comes outta the balloon.

You’d be surprised what they give you if you only ask. I asked for mudguards since I couldn’t negotiate off the MSRP and the GM approved it. Not a big deal, but free.

I sure did. Someone stopped, rolled down his window and asked if he could walk around to check it out. All he kept saying is wow. Then he asked if he could look in the inside. Again he kept saying wow. I even had a Lexus SUV strain her neck looking at my vehicle as she was driving by. It’s kinda of funny seeing people’s reactions. It’s not like they haven’t been around for a while now. But because they are rare, expect o get that reaction.

LOL That's what I have been doing on the rare occassions I see one. If I have the chance to talk to the owner I would always stop and ask all kinds of silly questions. So far I've not met anyone who didn't absolutely lover their Telly. Obviously they are still rare - on any given day driving around town, I'm lucky if I see one!
