Good Dealer Dealings - List Your Good Dealer Experience

I had a great experience with Hilltop Kia in Richmond, California. The sales team there is awesome. They are all professional, polite and helpful from beginning to end. We worked with Lewis and Carlos and can give them our highest recommendation.
Do you know how many people were ahead of you at that time? It seems like that was a pretty good turnaround.

Sadly I don't. Perhaps 10 or 11? My specs/order form was one folder in a stack of customers folders waiting for allocations of SX trims. I can't be sure as I only saw the stack once, briefly.

Thank you. I think they said 27 now, but it was that when I ordered at the beginning of Oct.

@maridi, 27 seems like a lot. Did they give you an estimate of how many allocations they're expecting per month? Also, who are you working with at Hilltop? I could have gotten a Telluride earlier, and was kindly offered a Nightfall Edition midway through my wait to get into KFOS, but I'm personally not a fan of NE especially on Dark Moss, so I politely declined that one and stuck with waiting in line for an allocation for a SX-Prestige (non-Nightfall). I'm happy I waited because my new Telly is exactly what I wanted :)

my Kia in Salinas ca,sells at MSRP I originally purchased the moss S 2020 in April 2020 . The staff is nice and upfront with selling msrp stating we appreciate your business and not try to price gouge . So on Friday went in for a oil change and just asked if they can get me a 2021 sx gravity gray. Said let me get back to you. 1hr later said I have one in Oakland I’ll have it here Saturday afternoon.
Can you share the name of who you were dealing with? Thanks in advance.

For the best experience in buying a KIA Telluride, call Rob Bello, sales manager Kings Kia Cincinnati, Ohio.

I ordered my Telluride from Rob over email. We agreed to MSRP, timely delivery, and no games. Surprisingly, the process was simple, straightforward, and delivery was under an hour. Working with Rob and the team was a positive buying experience with no drama, no amendments, and no B.S. I recommend Rob Bello at Kings Kia in Cincinnati, Ohio 513.677.6700

Good dealer experience?

Too long, didn’t read version: @StephenCantrelle

Longer version: I couldn’t find a dealer that sold at MSRP. I looked at multiple dealerships in TX, and all had markups. From San Antonio, to the valley, to Victoria. I also tried my local dealership in Corpus Christi, and even with me being a prior customer, and even though the car I was looking at wasn’t even on their lot yet, they refused to drop the markups. I was pretty much told “good luck” in finding a dealership that wouldn’t mark up. I left the parking lot, pulled over and called Stephen. From the start, it was a very easy process and I was guaranteed no markups.

I flew to Dallas this morning and am now back in Corpus Christi with a great car and very happy wife. Thanks again, Stephen and the entire team at Classic Kia in Carrollton.

Anyone who isn’t a Dallas-Ft Worth local and may have reservations about shopping with a someone further from home, don’t be. Stephen makes it a breeze and it’s worth the thousands you’ll save with some of these dealer markups.

I would recommend Kia Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia. I worked with Richard Ball, 678-804-2000, cell 678-758-7930. I put down a $1000 deposit on 8/28/20 to order a 2021 SX AWD with Prestige/Towing – Dark Moss with Dune Brown interior. Came in early afternoon of 12/11/20 and I picked it up on Wednesday. I paid sticker price as promised and no drama with a very easy transaction. Probably one of the easiest car purchases I made. My ride.webp

Nice choice of exterior and interior color there! We basically have the same specs. Enjoy your gorgeous Telly! :)

Picked up our Wolf Grey Nightfall SXP today from Annie Cuevas at Irvine Kia. She was great to deal with.

Did they charge MSRP at Irvine Kia?

Opposite side of Philly from DE if that is your location, but I have a deposit down for an MSRP purchase from Sussman Kia in Roslyn, PA. Murray Kia in Conshohocken, PA is another MSRP option. There may be closer dealers that are selling at MSRP, but I don't know of others in the SEPA area beyond the two I mentioned.
I'm willing to drive from NY; would you mind sending me the contact info; thanks!

Sent you a conversation with the full details. If you can't find it click on the little envelope icon in the top right. If you are coming from Long Island, I'd recommend you first check with Nutley Kia in NJ as they are the closest to you that I'm aware of selling at MSRP. Then if you need to consider Philadelphia area, you can use my dealer or Murray Kia also nearby Philly. I heard Cherry Hill Kia in NJ was selling at MSRP for a week around the holidays. Might also want to check them out as an option although I don't think they normally sell at MSRP.

Drove out from Kansas City to St. Louis to pick up my Gravity Gray EX yesterday at Lou Fusz. Spotted it online before it was at the dealership, reserved it and the rest is history. Worked with Kris in sales and Joe in the finance department and they were both great. Covered what they needed to and got me in and out. I can’t imagine it going any smoother. It was about a 4 hour drive both ways and I was at the dealership for an hour and a half.
Good to see something from St. Louis here. I'm shopping for a Telluride and was wondering if anyone else had good experiences in the area?

Recommend Kerry at Peak Kia North in Windsor Colorado who was willing to sell at MSRP when all others I checked with wanted to mark up minimum 2500.00

Yeah inquiring minds wanna know cuz they were quick to shut me down for SXs at MSRP

Good experience in Northern Virginia at Parsons Kia (Winchester).

Called last week and spoke with Mike. Super nice guy and he told me that they sell at MSRP plus $650 processing, tax, and tags / title.

Gave me a rundown of their incoming Tellurides and was able to put a $100 deposit down to hold a Black Copper EX Nightfall arriving mid-December. We went to see an SX that they had on the lot to see the color in person. My wife changed her mind and we ended up ordering a Dark Moss EX Nightfall at MSRP. No surprises or pressure.

Highly recommend Mike and Parsons for anyone in Northern VA looking for a reasonable price and a small family dealer! They have quite a few coming in next month!
I’m working with Matt Herman at Parsons. Hoping they come through for me when I’m ready. I’m likely going to need to order and Matt doesn’t seem too eager to do that. I sense a bit of hesitation from him on that. They are a low allocation dealer and when I’m ready I’m not going to be too keen on playing the waiting game, or settling for an alternative color etc. But by all indications they seem to be the fairest and friendliest Kia dealership in the area. Only 30 mi from me so thats a plus! I’d be interested in hearing how your purchase works out. Any surprises etc?

Parsons Kia in Winchester VA just got 4 S MSRP. No tricks. Family owned smaller dealership. Ask for Matt Herman. Inventory is low but expect you could order at MSRP
I’m working with Matt. Doesn’t seem too eager to do an order but I’m set on what I want so I’ll be pushing for that when I’m ready. With such low allocations at Parsons theres no telling when they’d get in my preferred trim.
