Arrived home this afternoon. Telly looks awesome in my garage. I guess the good part with the long drive home from the dealer was we got alot of driving time with it. Such a nice ride and we are loving the features. My wife asked me what we should name it and the first thing that came to mind was Voodoo.

Drove by the Pro Football HOF on the trip to the dealer. Never realized it is literally right next to the highway. Unfortunately didn't have time to stop (if it's even open due to Covid) but that would have been very cool.

I like this strategy. Only I’m gonna tell them 6K under invoice.

Actually my real strategy is to wait a few months until real discounts (and the Palisade, which I’m also seriously considering) appear. Then I’m gonna search Auto Trader/Car Gurus for the lowest price in the country and ask a local dealer to beat the price.

My goal is 41K max for an SX Prestige (hey, that’s 6K under sticker!), maybe 42.5 for whatever the all-in Palisade is.

Good luck. They have been selling pre delivery through out our state.

At MSRP, very efficient and well communicated process by Stephen. On the journey home with our new SX P NF in Black Copper! Drove up to OH since I could not find anyone at MSRP anywhere near me. Patrick Scofield was great at VanDevere Kia. He posted yesterday morning on FB that he had a Black Copper at MSRP. I jumped on it and we hit the road first thing this morning. Only extra was about 285 for the dealer fees.

He had everything waiting for us when we arrived. Started back home tonight to cut in to tomorrow's drive. Loving it so far!

I saw the same post ... and jumped on the Gravity Gray! Was scheduled to arrive 1/7/20 but it arrived today. Trying to figure out delivery / shipping since I am not as brave as you with the drive. Coming from PA, it's about 400 miles ... but doing 800 miles myself in a day is probably too much so looking into shipping.

Patrick has seemed great to work with! Can't believe I am going to have a GG SXP (NF) - trading in my Black Ebony 2020 EXP - was just really wanting some of the extra features of the SXP (and to trade my EXP while I could still get good $$ for it).

Nice, congrats! Patrick was great through the whole process including standing out in the rain pointing out some of the features. He respected the 6 foot social distancing and said he would just stay outside the car. I was just texting him today with a few questions and he is always quick to respond. I made the trip with my wife, not sure I would have gone by myself. To be honest I did all the driving but it was nice to have back up just in case.

He said the other one he had listed was bought by someone in Utah! Now that is a road trip for sure.

Hello All,

New to the forum but not to research as I am trying to lock down a Telluride loaded SXP in Norcal. Aybody have any hot tips on good sales people with low or no ADM in Bay Area/NorCal?

Also it seems like everything on the Kia corporate website inventory is already spoken for with down payments? Any help with tactics is greatly appreciated.

Sure, the dealer is KIA at Sansone Auto Mall. It's in Woodbridge, NJ. They said it would take 6 weeks and asked for a $2,500 deposit. I was surprised that they could order it because other dealers have said no. They are charging MSRP and no other markups like other dealers. There is a $599 doc fee along with Tags/Title and Taxes
