I live in Massachusetts and purchased from Uriel at Coral Springs Kia. I used the Costco buying service, which allowed me to buy it at msrp instead of $5k over msrp in massachusetts. If your are a Costco member, go to their site or call them so they can submit your request. The program participants change all the time. the service takes all the hassel out of the negotiating. Speak to Uriel and ask if he'll accomodate you.
