In my wifes Telluride, we have to push the gas pedal a good distance before it actually does anything. There is about 1 to 2 inches of travel in the pedal before the engine reacts. Is this normal, anyone else notice this?
It’s not a sports car. If you want it to be more responsive, you can enable sport mode. Smart mode also makes it slightly more reponsive as well. If that still isn’t enough for you, there are aftermarket solutions I have seen people tout like Pedal Commander or things like that.In my wifes Telluride, we have to push the gas pedal a good distance before it actually does anything. I have the same problem. It is a brand new Telluride and I can press the pedal half way and nothing happen. It is by far the worst car I have ever driven so far. Did you find a solution to it? I want to take mine to the dealer tomorrow because it was not like this when I bought it. Thanks for your helpI don't think you understand. There is about a 2 inch range of motion that the pedal does NOTHING. I'm 51 years old so Ive done my share of driving and I have never felt a gas pedal do this.
