I completely agree with all this and is why I also chose GG. Now I have seen a Black Cooper w Dune brown in person and it was very nice but just wasnt for me in the endWell considering I bought Gravity Gray, it's my choice color lol.
I've seen every color except black copper. Based on sales stats it's a unicorn. Nor have I seen gray wolf (not yet available Canada). I wouldn't have gotten gray wolf anyways because it's a color that many car makers have done in the past year... I see that color galore.
I hated black ebony, found it extremely dull. Plus impractical with dust. I like Snow Pearl white but again, impractical and worse for scratches.
Initially I was going to go Dark Moss because it's such an exclusive color. But as I was getting ready to buy, I re-checked it out (last time I checked was 2020 and I wanted quirks worked out first so waited 2021), wasn't in love with the color... Didn't think that color would be liked 5 years down the road and even less 10 years later.
I never liked everlasting silver. My last car was a true silver metallic highly reflective when detailed. Everlasting silver is like a trim silver to me.
I saw Sangria and again, wasn't in love with the color from afar. Up close it's a really dark red wine... From afar, it was much lighter, call it a young wine. Not my taste.
Gravity gray to me is just perfect. It's off black. Likely won't show dust as well as ebony black. Depending on lighting conditions it's nearly black with some metallic dust or a nice metallic gray. On a really nice day you may get some blue sky reflected into it turning it light grayish blue.
Again, color is purely personal. So there's no right or wrong choice.
