Sorry it was in my spam.

That is not official order sheet when it gets entered into kdealer with an MSRP generated with complete breakdown and a order request number.

Multiple errors on the sheet provided.

MSRP is of a 25 package which is what they ordered.. EX Premium AWD non Nightfall with Tow.

Should have been option group 35 for EX with no additional accessories would have been priced at 44,600.

They wrote NIghtfall on the paper but everything indicated non- Nightfall build.


Below is a picture of what you should have gotten and when submitted would have generated a dealer request ID number at the top of the page.
Would have also have all your personal information on it as well.

looking at the attachment on your post, my order sheet ( ordered November 25 2020) shows Dealer Request Maintenance. I hope this is the same as Dealer Request Entry ? for an SX AWD pre
