  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... new to the group! Have had 3 delays now on my Telly. Typical? I did a vin check on line and just says the vehicle is in West Point Georgia. I actually called KIA and the rep said it looks ready..wonder if they are waiting on "the chip"? uggg.

How do you do a VIN check online? I am only aware of the Steve Cantrelle method...

Yes, ETA’s will change multiple times before actual arrival date at the dealer. No real way to check GPS location of the car during transit to the dealer as far as I’ve heard.

Either your dealership or Kia salespeople on this forum can help check the status of an order once a VIN is generated.

I’m talking about asking Steve Cantrelle, dealer rep extraordinaire, to provide updates to the ETA once your VIN shows up on Failcat (which I am still awaiting for my order with an ETA of end of August per my dealer).

The wait is brutal..maybe my screen name should be impatiently waiting? Are we all just obsessed with this car or crazy? LOL thanks again

A 2020 escalade luxury edition with a theater and 5000 miles on it ! I got a great end of year deal on it last year in November. Its YUGE and the telluride will be easier to handle, plus we are crazy excited for this vehicle! Thanks Sal!!
