Lane Keep Assist audio alert

I'm considering buying an SX AWD. I took it for a drive, and liked the LKAS system, but the audio alert when it engaged was annoying to me and passengers. I checked the manual and it says the tone can be turned off, but doing so can impact the volume of "other driver assistance systems".

Does anyone have experience with this to know if that happens, and if so, which systems are also impacted?

I too hate that LKA and BSM are too friggen loud. Even with warning volume set on low. It’s like the engineers never considered customers want the audio alerts without waking up their sleeping kids while on the road.

I honestly turned lane keep assist off, because it was annoying. It hasn't affected anything else. It's a great safety feature but a little too touchy for me
