• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a 2020 Kia Telluride. All of a sudden today it started making a loud piercing electronic whining noise from the dash. It really hurts your ears. Maybe at around 2-5khz if I had to guess. It’s about 70db loud.

It remains even when the car is off and when I’ve disconnected the negative cable from the battery.

Does anyone know what this is? I can’t figure out what to do to stop it while I wait to get it serviced on Monday morning.

That’s crazy! Can you get an audio recording and post it?
