• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... After over a year of searching and waiting, we are finally picking up a Telluride SXP today! We ordered in late July from Parsons Kia in Winchester, and were thrilled to hear over the weekend that our Telluride had been delivered. Can anyone recommend a PPF installer in the Northern Virginia area? This is likely for the front bumper, hood, and perhaps other high impact areas. Thanks!

What trim and specs did you order? I ordered from Parsons on July 3rd and still waiting.

Considering the last 13 cars in failcat for Parsons have black interiors....

I'll be watching this thread as I'm also looking to get this done for my ride, once it finally arrives.
I hope the pickup was hassle free and you're having fun driving and exploring all the features. (y)

lol... I chose black originally but changed it to Dune a month after I ordered.
Did that change your place in line?
Sounds like once it's been accepted into KFOS you would be starting over if you made a change. But, if it hasn't and is still in KDealer then it's really on your dealer as to whether you start over or not following a change.
However, I've read through so many conflicting posts regarding changes my current understanding of this may be inaccurate. 🤷‍♂️

I've really started to second guess my Ebony Black exterior after seeing several Gravity Gray's in person but I don't want to risk starting over either. Not that I dislike the black but the Gravity Gray in Nightfall just really looks sharp to me unlike when I originally viewed it on the Kia site months ago.

When I called in early August it had not been picked up by KFOS yet. But I don't know if that somehow bumps me down on the dealer queue. I wasn't told it would or wouldn't. I would've kept the black interior if the headliner was also black - I don't care for the white/light gray.

I really like Gravity Gray too -it was my second option- but I've wanted a black car for a while so for me it was a no brainer.
