New 2022 Telluride Owner

Good morning Telluride owners!

My wife and I took delivery of our Telluride just over a week ago, and we are exceedingly pleased and satisfied with its performance and features thus far. I do however have a concern, and would appreciate your perspectives;

When the engine is started I am a bit surprised to hear what appears to me to be valves that are a bit out of adjustment. For me, the "tapping" sound is noticeable outside of the vehicle, but inside the vehicle cannot be heard, it's very quiet. Is this tapping normal?

Our Telluride replaced our 2003 Kia Sorento that we have enjoyed for the last 18 years. It still runs perfect, so we gave it to our daughter and son in law.
