I believe you can get Black Copper without prestige. Just needs to be SX.

My Black Copper vehicle is now 2 weeks away. Today, I talked with the dealer and picked out some accessories:

- Cross Bar
- Mudflaps
- Floor mats (may be better to buy generic)
- Lighted Scuff Plate Door Entry

The dealer asked me if I was interested in the Ceramic Coating package. It includes the following:
- Lifetime ceramic coating warranty
- Lifetime interior warranty (fading, puncture, etc) for all surfaces including carpet, headliner, seats, plastic surfaces, etc...
- Remote starter that works up to 1 mile away
- Rust proof warranty for lifetime

The price was $4200. I thought that was too much. I have a 3rd party quote for a ceramic coating package for $1900 with lifetime warranty.

I plan to keep the car for 9 years, and then possibly hand down to my then-16yr old son.

What does this group think??? Thanks!

This looks like the railroad delivery route, with the numbers being each day of transit. CSX routing. Birmingham, Nashville, Cleveland, and Albany are all possible block swap locations (switch cars in and out of trains) and Louisville is CSX's biggest hub center for sorting railroad cars carrying motor vehicles. There's a CSX auto transload facility from rail to truck between Framingham and Worcester, MA.

I think a truck delivery would have run a more direct route, especially with the huge market in the Northeast.

Got a phone call that my vehicle is at the dealer. The parts department is putting on the parts I ordered (Scuff Plates, Mudguards, Cross Bars, Floor Mats). Hoping to have it tomorrow! Original order date was 3/29. Location Northern Chicago Suburbs.

If you are handy, all of these are easy installations. Take the parts and install them yourself.

However, as the prices listed online to add them to your vehicle include installation, I would expect installation to be included in the $945.00.

Our orders are near identical (order date and delivery). I got a call from my dealer letting me know that my SXP arrived to this morning! I’m finalizing paperwork and hopefully will be able to take delivery this weekend.

Picked up the Telluride today. Very happy with the color choice, it looks amazing. It really does. Within the first mile of driving, a guy in a pickup truck started honking at me. At the red light he told me he ordered his 1 month ago! This car gets some attention. The teenage valet at dinner said it was bad ass.

Congrats man! That does look amazing! Mine came in too but it was cloudy the day I went in to check it out and do paperwork. I’ll be picking up in a few days. Love that color when the sun hits it! Enjoy the ride.

They better still be making them, for I have an ETA of next Friday. I ordered mine on March 21 and hopefully my wait will be over this time next week. May I ask where you guys are located so maybe I can see the areas that are being shipped.

I ordered on 3/29. I think you are fine, but they aren't taking new orders for black copper with dune brown and prestige - is my understanding anyway. You will love the car. I just keep staring at it.

I’m sure yours will arrive since it’s an existing order. I ordered mine on 3/27 and located in MA.
