Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I couldn’t figure out how to. I emailed “connect us” support to figure out how to do it. When I tried to search for “track,” it wouldn’t let me create a post. I’m new to this and couldn’t figure it out. I didn’t mean to post it incorrectly or twice on the same spot. Thanks

Maybe you could spend 2 minutes looking around, then. It's in the first forum link (How to Buy a Kia Telluride), and it's the top thread in that forum. Alternately, click on the link I provided in the other thread you started.
This forum is going to be nothing but hundreds of tracking threads if everyone started their own.
