Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hey All, hope your orders were finally picked-up or on the way. Just a head's up....if you were originally told MSRP+$199 "admin fee". They are now charging MSRP + $349 admin + $400 (All Weather Mats and Cargo Tray included on all new Telly's)
I knew about the $349 admin fee but unaware of the floor mats. Thanks for updating us. I have not been picked up yet but I ordered after a lot of you. Let us know if the all weather mats are worthwhile.

Thanks for the update! I feel like that is disappointing; from what I’ve heard there are a lot of better options (and for better prices) then the ones you can get with the vehicle. I hope they don’t keep adding on to that list of changes to price.
Yeah waiting on my update. Been 4 months already and was told 4 months max when I ordered. We just had a child so if ours isn’t delivered in the next month or so we are going to find another suv we like

It depends on your trim level as well, correct? I ordered an EX-P AWD on 8/18 and my order was picked-up last month, with an initial ETA in January. However, I got bumped up to an earlier order that a customer backed out of (same build). The Telly arrived at the dealer last week. I just finished the paperwork and should be taking delivery in the next couple weeks or so. I'm trying to find out if my initial order is still available. If anyone is interested, it's an EX-P AWD Wolf Grey Nightfall with Tow Package.

I'm working with Matt as well. I was told the 4 months as well when I ordered. It's weird how they got extra allocations last month and got vehicles in early but this month they got fewer allocations. I'll give them one more month and start searching for different vehicle.
When I ordered with Matt in October I was told 4-6 months. Maybe they realized they were starting to over-promise timing? Any reason they would have had less allocations this month? Is this a production problem with shipping materials or labor issues? Anyway, I'm hoping for the best for ya since you ordered ahead of me!
Do you know if that Wolf Grey nightfall still available to be picked up by someone else?
That's the exact set-up I've been looking for, and I'd love to purchase that... I don't know how to PM you... is there any way to connect me to the dealer for that? I live in NOVA, so it will be amazing if the dealer can ship it here! If not, I'll fly over.

Has anyone had any recent updates? My ETA got pushed from feb 17 to feb 21st, which I’m a little hesitant to believe still. There hasn’t been much movement on failcat recently, and I’m wondering if production is low right now.
Another update and another nothing has changed. 5 months and going for my order and was told 4 months max. Wouldn’t be that frustrated with it but with new kid and pets we really need the vehicle. He did say something about production going slower due to component supply for the smart cruise feature. Could be just BS but who knows
I didn't want to post my update because of the news as well smh. I was told because of the Moss Green I picked was the issue because they aren't making many of that color in the higher trim. Guess I got to choose something else.
